Before use

1. Check the cable. Maybe it is connected incorrectly.

2. Check the mouth and arm of welding smoke purifier.There are dust in the mouth and arm. Maybe dust will be accumulated and lead to the broken of equipment.

3. Connect the earthed cable. The industrial air purifier must be grounded, and its grounding resistance is 1 to 4FZ to prevent equipment burning.

In use

1. The welding fume filter has requirements for the working temperature, which is also related to the manufacturing material, for example, if it is an acid-alkaline gas, the air duct of the welding fume extraction needs to have anti-corrosion measures.

2. The fume collector can be installed outdoors, but pay attention to the weather impact, there should be shelter measures, and the outlet should not be in the direction of the personnel.

3. The welding fume extractor installed indoors needs technicians to install the appropriate size of equipment according to the actual situation on site, so as to play a better effect and save the cost of environmental dust removal.

After use

1. Clean the filter cartridge in time. Cleaning the filter cartridge is very important, not only to improve the cleaning efficiency, but also to extend the life of the equipment.Under normal circumstances, the welding smoke purifier has automatic pulse jet system, which is cleaned 1min/per, saving time and effort.

2. Don't throw flammable items,such as cigarette butts, paper, etc.

Although the current filter cartridge has a flame retardant configuration, it doesn't universal, and we need to maintain it in time.
