Qingdao Power Space Environmental Protection developed and customized "Robot Welding Dust Removal System" for a well-known rail transit enterprise beam digital production line, the acceptance was successful. The welding fume existing in part of the process in the customer's workshop was treated, first purified by the indoor main machine, then discharged.

Qingdao Power Space Environmental Protection conducted many field surveys of the customer site, and learned that there are six welding robots in the workshop of the digital beam production line of the enterprise which need fume and dust treatment. Combined with customer requirements and the actual working conditions on site, 6 sets of dust removal systems were designed and built, with three welding workroom for use. Each workstation has 2 robots with 1 set of welding workroom and 1 dust removal main machine for fume treatment. There were display windows on the welding workroom, and a suction hood is designed on the top of the workroom, the size was according to the welding work range. A quick roller shutter is used on the side of the robot, and to be linked with the robot.
