The company guarantees that the design is based on the requirements of convenient maintenance, economical operation and small follow-up costs under the premise of ensuring the dust removal effect according to the specifications and dimensions of the laser or plasma cutting machine. According to the width of the cutting work platform, the dust collector of the laser plasma cutting machine can be divided into a single-side down-draft door-type workbench and a double-side down-draft damper-type workbench. Thermal cutting applications, such as plasma and laser cutting, generate large amounts of fume and particles that can pose health risks to operators and cause damage to cutting machines. Often, dust collectors are required in cutting systems to reduce worker exposure to fumes and help protect expensive cutting machine components. When designing a dust removal system, it is necessary to fully consider the challenges to the dust collector during the thermal cutting process. These factors include dust particle size distribution, dust concentration, system pressure loss and combustible dust risk. As with other processes, customers should conduct a hazard analysis before selecting a dust removal solution. Sparks are usually present in any thermal cutting process, and the dust collected is mostly flammable, presenting a risk of explosion or fire. Ignition source solutions should be considered with any dry dust collection system. In addition, the risks arising from the mixing of different metals should also be considered.

The following is the working principle of laser plasma cutting dust collector

Features of laser plasma cutting dust collector

Laser cutting dust collector application range

Working principle of laser plasma cutting dust collector:

The laser cutting dust collector inhales the polluted dust through the side air inlet and the dust enters the equipment cavity. The dust enters the clean room through the spark pretreatment system. Ensure that dangerous dust entering the equipment cavity is effectively prevented. The dust entering the cavity is blocked by the filter system, and the filter adopts flame-retardant nanomaterials so that the dust forms agglomerates on the surface of the filter material. The agglomerated dust forms pressure on the surface of the filter material, and the dust is knocked down to the ash collecting box through the pulse jet cleaning system. The purified air is directly discharged through the upper end of the fan box to achieve purification. Frequency conversion can be chose, energy-saving operation is achieved through intelligent frequency conversion technology, and suitable power is selected according to the customer's on-site working conditions.

The characteristics of laser plasma cutting dust collector are as follows:

1. High dust removal efficiency;

2. Simple structure and low resistance;

3. The processing air volume is large and the performance is stable;

4. Simple and convenient operation and maintenance;

5. The filter cartridge has long service life;

6. The dust removal rate of fume and dust is high, and the dust cleaning is convenient;

7. The material is less, and the air consumption is more economical, no additional maintenance costs are required in the subsequent use process.

Laser cutting machine dust collector application range:

Laser cutting dust collectors are widely used in dealing with the various fume and dust generated by metal welding, grinding and polishing, metal surface treatment, industrial production, laser cutting, plasma cutting...etc.
