The laser or plasma cutting dust collector inhales the polluted dust through the side air inlet and the dust enters the equipment cavity. The dust enters the clean room through the spark pretreatment system. Ensure that dangerous dust entering the equipment cavity is effectively prevented. The dust entering the cavity is blocked by the filter system, and the filter adopts flame-retardant nanomaterials so that the dust forms agglomerates on the surface of the filter material. The agglomerated dust forms pressure on the surface of the filter material, and the dust is knocked down to the ash collecting box through the pulse jet cleaning system. The purified air is directly discharged through the upper end of the fan box to achieve purification. Working principle of laser cutting dust collector:
1. Turn on the power supply and connect to compressed air, press the switch button, the dust collector starts to work.
2. The laser cutting fume and dust splashed by sparks enter the air inlet of the dust collector under the power of the fan.
3. After passing through the air inlet, the spark fume and dust first enter the spark catcher. Its labyrinth structure principle makes the sparks automatically extinguish after multiple collisions and finally fall into the ash hopper.
4. Then it enters the surface of the filter cartridge. Due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the action of the airflow distribution plate, the wind speed drops sharply, and some of the coarse particles in the airflow collide with each other under the action of wind and inertial forces, and naturally drop to the bottom of the ash collecting hopper; The fine and low-density dust particles are deposited on the outer surface of the filter material and intercepted by the combined effect of diffusion and sieving.
5. The clean air penetrates the filter material and is discharged from the inner wall of the filter cartridge into the clean room.
6. The air in the clean room is directly discharged into the workshop by being extracted by the fan. There is no emission chimney.
7. The resistance of the filter cartridge increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust accumulation layer on the surface of the filter material.
8. The control mode can be divided into differential pressure control, sequential control and manual control. The differential pressure meter will monitor the pressure differential of the filter cartridge in real time, which is intuitive and readable. The pulse controller will automatically open and close the valve, and discharge the compressed air to blow the dust.
9. At this time, the pulse power supply is instantly turned on, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air with a pressure of more than 4 kg is instantly introduced into the surrounding air as a sufficient air source for secondary amplification, and is injected into the filter cartridge with high pressure. The folded filter cartridge is instantly expanded, deformed and bulged, resulting in vibration. Under the action of high-pressure pulsed airflow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge is swept away and falls into the ash hopper at the bottom of the dust collector.
10. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, and after the dust on the outer surface of the filter material is removed, the resistance becomes smaller, the filter material is regenerated, and the function of intercepting dust is restored again. When the resistance rises, the ash cleaning and regeneration work will be automatically cycled again.
