A central fume extraction system which we designed for a vocational college was accepted successfully

Recently, the "central fume extraction system" designed and manufactured by us - Qingdao Power Space Environmental Protection -  for the welding technology major of a vocational college was successfully accepted, which solved the problems of fume during the welding process of students, and improved the studying and working environment of students!

The college is a key vocational college and a talent training demonstration base. It is a comprehensive vocational education and training base which integrating teaching, practical training, short-term training, employment guidance, etc...

A total quantity of 32 welding stations in the college's welding workshop need fume control. Qingdao Power Space Environmental Protection has conducted many on-site field investigations, based on customer’s requirements and actual working conditions on site,  then designed and developed this "central fume extraction system" for them. The suction arm with hood is designed to be installed in the welding area, and connected to the outdoor purification system through pipeline. The purification unit is placed outdoors. We adopted the method of "capture and collection device + pipeline transportation + central centralized treatment" for their fume treatment.

After being used by customers, Power space's "central fume extraction system" has been well received by college leaders and students. It solves the problems of large welding fume and difficult to deal with in their workshop. At the same time, the health of students is protected too.
