Each set of equipment can be placed indoors. The welding area collection device is selected and matched according to the actual situation of the work station. This time we designed and matched two 1.8*1.8m cantilever suction hoods, which can be moved by hand. There are two systems. 6 sets of fixed suction hoods, each equipped with 4 uprights, 1.8m*1.8m suction hoods (with arc isolated curtains installed around them), and a set of dust removal system.

The plasma cutting machine to be handled this time has a track gauge width of 5.5 meters and a length of 36 meters. In order to achieve a better treatment effect in combination with the on-site situation, the method of "capture collection device + pipeline transportation + central centralized treatment" is selected to treat the smoke and dust generated by the plasma cutting machine. It can guarantee the effective width as well as the dust removal effect.
