How to clean the cartridge correctly?

In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through the process of cartridge cleaning, ensuring that your welding fume extractors are always usable.

1. Before cleaning the filter cartridge, please ensure that the welding dust extractor has been turned off and disconnected from the power supply for safe operation.

2. Check the condition of the filter cartridge. If the dust accumulation is too much, it needs to be cleaned, but if the filter cartridge has been excessively worn, broken or damaged, it should be replaced in time.

3. When cleaning the filter cartridge, try to choose an outdoor or well-ventilated place

4. Use the compressed air spray gun to clean the surface of the filter cylinder for dust. If there is a lot of dust and slight clumping, brush the surface of the filter cylinder with a soft brush first and then use the air spray gun to clean it.

5. Dry the filter cartridge after cleaning, ensure it is completely dry, but avoid direct sunlight exposure.
