CRRC Sifang Vehicles Company

The self-circulation dust purification system which was designed by Qingdao Power Space Environmental Co.Ltd for CRRC Sifang Vehicles Company was finished installation recently. CRRC Sifang Vehicles is a wholly owned subsidiary of CRRC, mainly engaged in high-grade railway passenger cars, HIGH-SPEED EMUS R&D and repair, all types of passenger cars, Urban Transport Equipment R&D and repair, road and railway special vehicles manufacturing and repair.

One of the workshops has an area of 128*24*13meters and the other has an area of 63*27*13 meters. There are 53 grinding stations and about 130 welding machines in the two workshops.

They chose Power Space’s Self-circulation Dust removal Purification System. High purification efficiency , low noise ,flexible using style, small occupation area. And the influence to the workshop’s original equipment and production activity is small. At the same time, it will not affect the workshop crane to the work piece hoisting handling, and purified the welding fume generated by welding stations in time.
