1. Check whether cables are correctly connected. For example, whether the neutral line of the fire line is connected to the corresponding position, whether the connection is wrong.

2. Check whether cables are loosely connected or not.

3. Check whether the neutral wire is missing.

My portable dust collector doesn't absorb dust efficiently, how should I do?

1. Check the valve of the cap.

2. Check the fan. If it is reversed, please change the position of the fire line.

3. Check the filter cartridge. Firstly, open the welding smoke purifier to detect the air volume, and then remove the filter cartridge and test again. If the air volume increases, the filter cartridge is blocked. If the air volume is still very small, clean the fire screen and filter cartridge.(p.s. before put the cartridge, please turn on the equipment!)

How to clean the filter cartridge?

1. Check whether there is dirt on the surface of the filter cartridge. you can gently pat the outside with a wooden stick, and then gently brush the outside dirt with a brush. You also can blow it from the inside out with compressed air.

2. Don't clean the cartridge with water!  Water will reduce the filtration efficiency, and the filter paper is easy to broken.
